I don't charge extra for different services, just for time. We can discuss what you need at the appointment, but below is the suggested time for different types of sessions.


RECOVER

Sports Massage

1Hr
Within 1hr we will cover either upper or lower body

For the full body please select 1.5hr

Please wear comfortable leggings / shorts, t-shirt / sports bra or equivalent

REPAIR

Injury Assessment / Treatment / Rehabilitation

30 mins - 1.5 Hr

Sessions dealing with New and Pre-existing Sports Injury such as:

Muscle Strains

Sprains

Range of movement issues

Golfs/ Tennis Elbow

Post Surgery recovery

Postural Disfunction

Exercises and rehabilitation

RESET

Nervous System Work

1.5 hr ( Recommended)
A Focused controlled session of Muscle activation and nervous system communication. Understanding the parasympathetic/ sympathetic responses of the body, breathing and compensation patterns within your movement.
